Growing up in the North West there was always an alluring tale amongst the older men in the pub about this magical brick that had been used to build some of the worlds most influential buildings. As young impressional lads we found it inspirational that something from a humble local town could be recognised worldwide for its quality. The notorious ‘Accy Brick’ or commonly known as ‘The Nori’ was used in the construction of; The Blackpool tower, The Haçienda and some small gaff in New York known as The Empire State Building.

 

We used that inspiration for our latest: ‘Äkta Norr Nori Collection’. Using a UK dye house to achieve the unique signature terracotta colourway which was directly influenced by the terrace houses we grew up around, for this colourway we use robust cotton drill and lightweight ripstop cotton fabrics combined with our signature unrivalled construction quality, the Nori collection is a northern powerhouse true to its foundations.

 

We take pride in our garment construction and quality the same way so many hard working Lancashire folk took pride in their brick, rebirthing this pride we have produced a capsule collection that represents the hardworking working class heritage of which we stemmed from.
